Our yoga teacher, can provide personalised private yoga lessons that includes a consultation, meditation, warm-up postures, and main practice tailored to the guest’s needs.
The session is designed to help guests achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
The main difference is that the class is tailored to the individual needs and goals of each guest, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
The teacher can also offer adjustments and modifications to help them deepen their practice and improve their alignment, which they may not be able to do in a group class.
