Our facilities at our Muay Thai training camp in Phuket are comprehensive and provide our guests with the ability to eat, sleep, train and relax – all in one place.
Our on-site facilities include a state-of-the-art gym with two full sized rings, swimming pool and sun terrace, yoga studio, massage shala, en-suite accomodation, a café and a restaurant.
Muay Thai Gym
Sumalee’s traditional Muay Thai training facilities are the heart of the camp with state-of-the-art training equipment; two full sized boxing rings, a spacious mirrored training area, 8 x 1m heavy bags, a 2m heavy bag, a teardrop punch bag, 2 x wall mounted uppercut bags, pull-up bars, and a set of gymnastic rings.
Yoga Studio
Our Muay Thai training camp has a yoga studio built in traditional Thai sala style. A daily program of yoga classes is offered in the studio.
Aerial Yoga Studio
A newer addition to our camp is our Aerial Yoga studio. Most who float weightlessly in our silks simply fell in love with aerial yoga because they’re the kind of people that value the experience of a workout as much as the number of calories they burn.
Swimming Pool
After training students can take a dip in Sumalee’s on-site swimming pool, complete with sun terrace and loungers for full relaxation.
Accommodation
All 16 rooms on-site feature air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, HD TV, DVD player, fridge, kettle, high speed WiFi and great views of the surrounding area. Our Suites also include a compact kitchen and dining area. …see more

Massage Sala
Our Thai style massage Sala surrounded by banana trees and beautiful nature, is the perfect place to relax and have those aching muscles relieved. Massages are available for individual purchase or as part of a all-inclusive package.
Communal Area
Adjacent to the restaurant is a large undercover communal area, where students can socialise, watch TV and play games such as pool and table tennis. We will often hold BBQs and parties here.
Running Routes
Immediately adjacent to the gym are many running routes, which take the runner through unspoilt countryside leading to incredible sea views and mountainous paths.
Expect to see: temples and shrines; rubber plantations; lakes; prawn farms; local Thai villages; water buffalo; long tail fishing boats; fishing trawlers; luxury yachts; and much more.
Sumalee Shop
There is a well stocked shop on-site which provides equipment and clothing for all your training needs at competitive prices. Sumalee is also the exclusive supplier of Sandee and Ultim8 Fightwear products on Phuket Island.
Laundry
We offer a laundry service on site using a local supplier. There are also coin operated washing machines opposite the gym and a number of laundries in the local vicinity.
