** Sumalee Boxing Gym Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions**
**1. Eligibility:**
– This competition is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
– Participants must be over 18 years of age
– Participants must have a valid Instagram account.
– Participants must follow @sumaleeboxinggym on Instagram.
**2. Competition Period:**
– The competition will run from 8th September to 30th September. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
**3. How to Enter:**
– To enter the competition, participants must:
– Like the competition post on @sumaleeboxinggym
– Follow @sumaleeboxinggym
– Tag a friend and share the post on their Instagram story
– Each participant is allowed 1 entry
**4. Prize:**
– The prize for this competition is as described in the caption of the competition’s Instagram post.
– The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
– The prize must be claimed between 1st May and 31st October 2024.
– The prize does not include flights or transport to/from Sumalee Boxing Gym.
**5. Winner Selection:**
– The winner will be selected at random.
– The winner will be announced on @sumaleeboxinggym on 1st October 2023.
– The decision of @sumaleeboxinggymis final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection.
**6. Winner Notification:**
– The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram.
– If the winner does not respond within 2 days, a new winner will be selected.
– If the winner cannot arrange travel to Phuket, Thailand to claim the prize, a new winner will be selected.
**7. Publicity:**
– By participating in this competition, participants grant @sumaleeboxinggym permission to use their name, Instagram username, and any submitted content for promotional purposes.
**8. Privacy:**
– Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
**9. Disqualification:**
– @sumaleeboxinggym reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that violates Instagram’s terms of use.
**10. Changes and Cancellation:**
– @sumaleeboxigngym reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
**11. Liability:**
– @sumaleeboxinggym is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected entries or any technical or other malfunctions that may occur.
**12. Governing Law:**
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand
